Paying attention to and attempting to become aware that you’re dreaming without waking is known as lucid dreaming. Your mind becomes the theatre. It can help solve problems, rehearse situations and work through psychological issues.
Mugwort is famous for helping contact ancestors, encouraging lucid and prophetic dreams, aiding in divination and opening the third eye.
Our Lucid Dreaming balm was made with a rich, emerald colored Mugwort infused oil made in house.
Ingredients: Mugwort Infused Olive Oil, Candelilla Wax, Vitamin E, and Pure Essential Oils: Clary Sage, Jasmine absolute, Laurel, Lavender, Mugwort, Rose absolute, Sandalwood, Sweet Annie, and Wormwood
